Positive Reviews

My experience dealing with my Property Manager has been nothing but exceptional. She is friendly, warm, and delightful, very clear with instructions/emails, and great at dealing with our tenants. Always a welcome laughter in her voice. Thank you so much! – Manfred Noemdo

Absolutely amazing! They answered every enquiry in a timely manner about moving into the property. There is nothing I would change about my experience with Chancellors. They made everything so quick and easy! – Miss Jadoo

Professional throughout the whole process and has always been available to answer questions or chase down answers when required.

Without her hard work and dedication, the contract would probably not have been signed. Chancellor needs the recognition for this. Thanks again!– Paul

Negative Reviews

This company has pestered me for months since I asked them to value my property. They have tried to get me to rent it, kept checking the progress of my sale through another agent, and were generally a nuisance. They called me constantly from different numbers, so I had to keep blocking them. – Chris

The first inspection was overdue, but I accommodated him and agreed on a date at short notice. He then turned up a week late and blamed me for getting the date wrong. Then, they ignored the landlord’s emails and calls about the expiring gas safety certificate. In desperation, the landlord put a note through my door, and I accommodated them on short notice. Absolutely disgraceful. There are many more communication issues I have with this place, but this one is currently the main problem. – Rachel

I was misled and discriminated against by this agent. The laws regulating estate agents need urgent reform to prevent these kinds of practices. – Daniel
