This company has pestered me for months since I asked them to value my property. They have tried to get me to rent it, kept checking the progress of my sale through another agent, and were generally a nuisance. They called me constantly from different numbers, so I had to keep blocking them. – Chris

The first inspection was overdue, but I accommodated him and agreed on a date at short notice. He then turned up a week late and blamed me for getting the date wrong.
